iPod Repair - Apple Repairs My iPod Mini
My much loved iPod Mini 4GB iPod was suspiciously dead one day. I could swear the battery was full but yet my iPod would not power on. I plugged it into the USB cable on multiple PC's and still my iPod would not power on. I visited the apple iPod repair website and followed the troubleshooting for when an iPod will not power on. My iPod mini was still dead.
I was pleasantly suprised when Apple created a repair order and mailed me a box to send back my iPod Mini. The return shipping was paid and DHL picked up my dead iPod. This took only a few days. According to the label if my iPod is under warranty the repair of my iPod mini will be free. I'll update this page when my repaired iPod Mini comes back.

So far i'm impressed with the iPod repair process. Hopefully Apple will be as impressive in fixing my dead iPod.
iPod Repair Update: Three days after DHL picked up my dead iPod for repair I received an e-mail from apple stating that my iPod was received and a replacement was on the way. Very fast iPod Repair! Thanks Apple.
iPod Repair Update Final: 24 Hours after receiving my e-mail from Apple staing my iPod had shipped it was back in my hands. I think this is my original iPod but can't say for certain. The important thing is that I have a working iPod Mini now that Apple has repaired my dead iPod. Apple turned my iPod repair around within a week which is outstanding.
